Things to check:
- Please check you are on the correct website for your location
- Please check the items in your bag are eligible for the promotion
- Please check the code is input in the correct way - e.g. no spaces
- For offers where there is a colour choice do not add the item to your bag but instead please click in the 'get your gift' box on the shopping bag page and await the popup to appear then choose your desired shade and click on 'add to bag'
